When a user logs in for the first time, the new user set up guide will appear on your screen. The first step is to download the video conferencing plugin.


To download and install the plugin, follow these steps:


1. Click “Download for Mac” or “Download for PC” whichever you are using, and “Save” if you are given the option.


2. Go to your “Downloads” and open the plugin installation.


3. Run the installation and follow the steps.

4. Once the installation is complete, you will need to log out, restart your browser entirely, and open a new window.


5. If the the new user set up guide indicates that the video plugin installation has not been complete, try logging in using a different browser.


6. The pop-up alert should be gone, indicating the plug-in was successfully installed.
